iFolder client on Windows 7

Windows 7 32 bit, Pro or Ultimate, with iFolder client 3.7.1.23

I cannot get the client to run when the login account is User level. "simias
is not proper"

It works ok with an Administrators level account, or if I set compatibility
mode to "Run as Administrator"

Can anybody else verify this? Is there any known resolution, apart from
running users as Administrator level?
