Unable to communicate with ifolder server

OSE2 SP1 on SUSE 10 SP2.

I went to install an SSL certificate from GoDaddy for my server. I did the installation of the certificate files and Apache2 startup fine and I can go to the default web page or any other page (iManager, etc) of this server using https and it is displaying/serving up the correct GoDaddy SSL certificate. Thus https: is working for Apache.

The problem is now what I go the the iFolder Adminisration page (/admin) the web page appears but when I try to log in, I get "unable to communicate with iFolder server." Can someone point me in the correct direction to see what I need to do regarding SSL for ifolder using the new certificates?
