Page cannot be displayed

I have installed the following:
NW6sp5e
eDirectory 8.7.1
iManager 2.0.2
java 1.4
Everything I can go to the following pages with no problems
http://ipaddress:8080 and tomcat will appear
http://ipaddress:80 and an index of apache server
http://ipaddress:8008 and I will goto remote manager
But if I goto https://ipaddress:2200/nps/iManager.html page cannot be
displayed.
