Just installed with no admin user context, now can't login

So I just installed iManager 2.7 and the install script says I can leave the Admin user and context empty and that will allow anybody to login.

But I can't login. I pull up the login page, and I leave the user name and password blank and I hit Login, but I don't login.

What's the secret?
