Fail to create a new volume

I'm new to SUSE 10 and OES 2. I've just got OES 2 installed and running. I'm trying to create a new volume using iManager and the following error appears on screen:

Error: Storage Error

This user does not have the correct credentials to authenticate to the CIMOM client.

Any resolution to the problem??
