It's been a while since I've looked at Zenworks, but from what I recall,
this is going to be a problem for you.
If I recall correctly, the Zenworks AppObject allows you to *list* the
rights required in the file system, but it doesn't actually set up an an
inheritence of them. What it does is that ConsoleOne snapin applies those
rights to the associated objects, when you change the objects. So if you
make the change (group membership, for example) outside of ConsoleOne,
then the file system rights aren't going to be applied to the new group
member.
You might ask about this over in the Zenworks forums, though. I could be
wrong.

That TID is a bit hard to make out exactly what's going wrong, but from
the sound of it, if you only make one change, save the object (hit OK,
not Apply), then re-open the object to make the next change, does that
help?
