Novell iManager does not respond

iManager 2.0.x is no longer supported. The customer needs to get a newer
version. In the meantime get iManager 2.7 Workstation from
download.novell.com and apply the SP3 patch (2.7.3) which will let you do
what you need to from your workstation. The documentation will even help
you add plugins (eDirectory, for example) to iManager all from within your
then-installed version of iManager 2.7.
