Default Novell iManager does not respond

I was at first getting an error 503 from iManager so I restarted Tomcat. After that I was an iManager error 5000. So i restarted apache, java and tomcat. Now I can't access iManager. I am getting a window that says:

iManager Service


Novell iManager does not respond on 68.x.x.x

Unable to find iManager in this eDirectory container

I also can't access anymore the admin welcome page which I was able to before.

I did a java -show and I only see one instance of catalina.

I have tried https://serverip/nps/iManager and also http://serverip/nps/iManager and also iManager.html and also serverip:8009 and all instances I get a webpage not found

I am a neophyte at Novell Netware. I consult for different companies and one of them is running Novell 6.5 SP3 with iManager 2.0 and I need access to iManager to delete users.

Could someone please help me?
