error in Tomcat

Dear all,

I've the following error in the tomcat log (catalina.out) of iManager:

BaseGadgetInstance.2367 java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException BaseGadgetInstance.2379 java.lang.NullPointerException


Someone can tell me why?

My system is:

eDir 8.8.2
IDM 3.5.1
iManager 2.6
the only "customized thing" is that iManager uses a java that is not not the default one, but a java 1.5.XX (we select this java during iManager installation).

It seems this doesn't affect any functionality of the system (the tests I performed have had a positive outcome). The problem is that the client asks us to motivate (and, possibly, solve) this error detailed in catalina.out and reported above.
