Add HP Laserjet 3600 drivers to broker

I’m trying to add the HP Laserjet 3600 drivers to one of our brokers on our NW 6.5 sp5, but its failing with a MEM_BAD_Pointer.

I’ve downloaded the latest drivers, and tried multiple brokers but get the same issue. Has anyone managed to add these?
