Default Printer Setting....Question

OES2 Linux iPrint services. Deploying printers using ICM. Only setting
default printer within ICM when 1 printer is deployed. If multiple
printers are deployed default printer setting is not used.

Issue: Users get their printers then "set" the default printer to
whatever they want and it doesn't "stick".

Can anyone tell me if the printers get "re-pushed" at every login (because
that would explain the issue I'm seeing).
