iPrint question after NW65Sp7 patch

I have applied iprntnw65sp7a.zip on a NW65SP7 server. If I don't apply the iPrint Client for windows 4.36? What could be the issue.

The iPrint Client for windows 4.36 install said I need to have KB884897 & KB893225 installed. What happen if I don't have the KBs installed when using iPrint client v4.36.

I also saw a new patch iprntnw65sp7b.zip which will fix the abend when printing from Mac, I don't have Mac in my environment, should I install this new patch?
