Default corrupt data in hostname field of psminfo.xml

I am migrating iPrint from Netware to OES2 Linux. When the migration runs and creates the psminfo.xml file the hostname is always corrupted. Does anyone know where this field is read from? Here is a snippet of my psminfo file:

<Xxml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!-- NetWare iPrint -->
<ndpsm>
<manager>
<hostname>E¥¤|€</hostname>
<tree>DTS</tree>
<dn>CN=PRINT_MGR1,O=CAMPUS</dn>
<acl>
<item><role>manager</role><trustee>CN=NET1003,O=CAMPUS</trustee></item> <item><role>manager</role><trustee>CN=PRINT_MGR1,O=CAMPUS</trustee></item> <item><role>manager</role><trustee>CN=admin,O=CAMPUS</trustee></item>
</acl>
</manager>
...
...

thanks
