User cannot delete their own print jobs??

I am running NetWare 6.5 SP5. In iPrint > Manage Printer, the user's context i.e. USA is added in the User role. However, users can't open the Printer properties in Windows to delete their own print job.

I have to login as admin to delete the job for the user.

Did I miss any steps?
