Problem with Ricoh copiers and Iprint

I am trying to hook up 2 Ricoh copiers one is a MP4000 and the other is a
MP5000. They appear to install fine but won't print. If you look under
printers and fax on the local workstation (Windows XP) the job is just
sitting there with a status of ready and at the bottom it says access
denied. I imanager under iprint I managed the copier and it says the queue
is not accepting jobs. I am running novell netware 6.5 sp7 with imanager
version 2.7.2. If I set this up on workstation as standard tcp/ip printer
then everything works fine. Please help
