broker and manager not loading after nw65sp8b-2!

Please help!!

after applying the latest patch nw65sp8b-2; i am unable to load the broker and the manager;

the following was displayed upon re-booting;
Error unloading killed loadable module (NDSILIB.NLM) NetWare NFS -
eDirectory Interface Library

Module initialization failed

and then broker and manager both displaying in red;
NDPSM: 3.03.373
error 35324 occured while initialzing the NDPS manager

Not sure what caused the problem.?? the patch or something else!!

The server was patch upto nw65sp8a running 5.20b iprint client and was working fine.
