broker.nlm does not exist!

Hi

Just updated the live server with sp8b-2 patch.

All working and printing fine.

But when checking under manage broker within imanager it says:
broker status : down
and when I did a startup:
it says:
sys://system/broker.nlm does not exist. make sure iprint is installed on this server

On the server the broker is running fine and so it the broker.nlm been loaded too and the status shows green; but why under manage broker section in imanager it shows down!

Can someone please help or advise.
