spooler subsystem error again on HP 3525 and XP SP3

We have problems setting up HPCP3525 Network printers.

If we try to us the CP3525 on XP Machines with SP3.
Novell Client 4.91 and ClientSP4+5, and iprint client 5.20
The print-spooler subsystem crashes , when I start the printout,
a "Spooler subsystem error" pops up and all printers are gone.

All machines have Windows XP SP3 installed, with SP2 the problem does not exist.

Are there any solutions for this problem ?
