6.0 SP4, LSMAFP.NLM Unloaded

We upgraded from Netware 6.0 SP2 to Netware 6.0 SP4 over the weekend, and
now notice that native file access for Macs is much slower than before. I
also notice that when I type in NMAS REFRESHPOLICY at the server console,
a message is returned that says "LSMAFP.NLM UNLOADED". I have tried
loading it manually, but cannot find the NLM. Does anyone know where this
is or should be located?
