SEND.EXE (and files needed to execute SEND) of Netware 4.11

I am in need of SEND.EXE (and the files needed to execute SEND.EXE)
of
Netware 4.11.

Let me explain why.

We run here Netware 5.1. On a workstation connected to the network
runs a
very important Dos-program. When the Dos-program exists (for what ever

reason) we need to know. So I thought to place a SEND-command on the
last
line of the Batch-files that executes the Dos-program, so when the
program
exits the SEND command is execute (this will cover most things except
maybe
a crash or a power-dip).

SEND.EXE is not excluded in Netware 5.1 anymore. But I did read in the

Novell knownledge base that SEND.EXE of Netware 4.11 will work on a
Netware
5.1 based network (

), but
the service-pack that is mentioined in the TID is not anymore
available on
the Novell-site. This Service-pack should contain the files I need.

So I wanted to know if someone can help me to Service pack 8
(nw4SP8a.exe)
or the files I need.

Any other idea or suggestion is of course very welcome.
