Default tcp/ip for time server

I've decided to try and set up my single NW4.11 server to access an
NTP server to try and keep the time right, but am running into
difficulties and some help would be appreciated.

The local network is 10.0.0.x 255.0.0.0 and the router is 10.0.0.2

I have setup tcp/ip on the server and can ping the router but cannot
ping an external ip. The time server I want to connect to is
212.23.8.6 (ntp0.zen.co.uk).

I also can ping the workstation from the server and vice-versa.

I only have a basic (minimum) knowledge of tcp/ip especially when it
comes to Netware, but settings currently are:

from inetcfg
BIND IPX 3C59X_1_EII net=1 seq=3
BIND IP 3C59X_1_EII ARP=Yes Mask=ff.0.0.0 Address=10.0.0.141

(I don't know how to get the gateways parameter added to this line)

\etc\gateways
Net 0 Gateway 10.0.0.2 Metric 1 Active

Any help with the subsequent entry for the time server would be
helpful also. I assume it is simply a matter of changing the time
source in the following to 212.23.8.6 or ntp0.zen.co.uk if I set up
and entry in the \etc\hosts file?

# Configuration Parameters from server MM_SERVER

Configured Sources = OFF

Service Advertising = ON

# Configured time source list from server MM_SERVER

Time Source = MM_SERVER.DR41
Time Source = MM_SERVER.MM_TREE
