It is listed with the 'patches' command as V1.01 05/08/2000 status: active

I can also see SP 9 as an installed option from install.nlm

It appears that the fault may have been caused by nwfs.sys as part of the Netware XP Client (4.91 SP4 or SP5). A patched version is available for download. So far so good. Other workstations were bluescreening but, only one workstation was locking the server up.
