Re-installation of Netware 4.2

We have a Novell 4.2 upgrade Server. Unfortunately the server was down due to hardware corrupted. Trying to do the reinstallation to a new hard disk, however the process was aborted during the license installation process. Is there any way to overcome this matter? We have OS cd for Novell Netware 4.2, Netware 4.2 upgrade license server+5 connection and 25 connection (additive) diskette.
