I'm an end user, with administrator rights, though unable to make significant system (domain) changes. My workstation is a Dell Latitude D610 with Novell Client 4.91 SP4 for Windows installed.
I'm trying to use a third party
Gladinet Cloud Desktop It's an application that allows you to locally map "cloud storage" such as
Microsoft's Skydrive.
When installing the Gladinet client software, I get the following error: Failure to Map Drive, Error Code: 67.
I've been in contact with Gladinet support. Webclient service is running. No apparent solution, other than it may be related to Novell and/or my user rights, or something else unknown. Although, I'm not an expert on any of this, I've got many services started I think are related to this stuff. However, let me know which ones you know for sure need to be started and I'll double check.
Any thoughts?
