IntraNetware and computers with latest technology.

Hi.

I'm trying to replace our old Novell IntraNetware for Small Business server for a computer with latest technology.

I have two alternatives, a Dell OptiPlex 755 computer (Dell System Information / Dell Warranty Extensions & Upgrades / Dell Warranty Status) or a computer armed with motherboard ASROCK P4i45GV (ASRock > Products > P4i45GV R3.0&s=478), 1 GB of DDR memory, 40 GB IDE disk, CD-ROM IDE and floppy.

Since I had difficulties with both to install, what computer say it has better chance of working correctly?

If so, what drivers I need and where can I get one?
