Officially, HP only supports running NetWare 6.5 on that hardware. If you
are lucky, you might be able to get the hpqciss driver working on a fully
patched 4.11 server with potentially the additional support files from the
udma web site:

However there is no guarantee that such a configuration will really work.
All in all, you are in a case similar to the dicsussion "LSI 8708ELP
Driver for Netware 4.11" just below this one and so the comments from that
discussion may be relevant for you as well.
