4.10 upgrade to current version

We are considering an across-the-wire migration/upgrade from our 4.10
netware server to the current version (assuming 6.5). What are the
most informative books/sites/forums that would assist in educating me
for this move?

Are there hardware vendors that prep systems and/or bundle Netware
6.5?

Does Netware 6.5 still allow the server to run with only an IPX/SPX
LAN driver?
