Default Invalid partition table after a sudden powerdown

After a sudden power down

both of our mirrored SCSI III DISKs failes when DOS boot
with "INVALID PARTION TABLE OR NO BOOT DISK."

IF I boot with a BOOT CD (Caldera 7.02) I can SEE the Disks as
C:
D:

When I try to copy files from both C: oder D: I got DATA error!
On bOTH DISKS I can not believe!!! (One disk was new!!) formated, copied and mirrored two days ago.

But if i try to use FDISK, or TOOLS like "PartionMagic", I get INVALID PARTION TABLE!

The DISKs also contains two tradional NETWARE - Partions where one have volume SYS:

Does anyone knows a disktool that can rewrite the partion table ???

Regards
Frank
