Default Volumes won't mount CPQRAID.HAM issue?

We were having startup issues with one of our HP DL380 G4 netware 5.1 sp6 servers recently and the idea came up to try updating the drivers to fix this problem. I ran the HP Proliant Support Pack 7.91a to do so, but after restarting no volumes will mount. Troubleshooting with loadstage shows many messages stating; "SERVER-5.00-918: Loader cannot find public symbol: NPA_Add_Option for module CPQRAID.HAM"
I've tried modifying the startup.ncf file to load cpqraid with different slot configurations and tried matching the startup.ncf with a working server, but the same thing occurs. I also tried copying the CPQRAID.HAM driver from another working server to this one, but it did not help either. Is is possible to roll-back the PSP updates, or downgrade all the drivers to the previous 7.30?
Thank you
