Well, nrepair.nlm is really a very radical last essort solution which
deletes all NICI related data form your server and allows you to reinstall
it from scratch. It may have some negative effects like potentially
invalidating encrypted data on this sever (like certificate private keys
or similar).
So are you 100% sure you are in a situation where you need nrepair? If you
are unsure, maybe you should describe your problem here.
In any case, if you want to use nrepair, be aware that the older exe
downloads on the Novell web site are DOS executable archives. To unpack
them, you should not click on the exe form within Windows, but rather you
should execute them from a command prompt.
