NW5.1 TO NW5.1sp7e

Mixed environment running several NW5.0 servers and one NW5.1 server.

I just applied SP7e to the NW5.1 server. Read through TID#2968040 and
NW51_ISS.txt.

The install seemed to go through fine with no errors what so ever. Now I
can't login to the server. I have administrative rights to the server.
Can't map to it.

When I try to access volume sys inside NWAdmin I get: error 898: A
network error has occurred. Please not the following numbers:
error code 0:0x8819.
