Netware 5.1 to 5.1 Migration Hardware upgrade

We have a production server that we ran a migration on using the migration wizard 6.5 tool. Everything appeared to go as documented the new server rebooted and took on the identity of the old server, but the NDS did not migrate or did not migrate correctly.

Now we have a Production server down.... Tried to remove NDS as the DOC states it will not allow it....
