Default Re: Dell Poweredge 2600 and ArcServe 9

I shut the server down and powered off, and then powered on for reboot. Everything loaded fine, and this time no errors on the tape changer. Went for 5 days with no errors, and had my backup admin start changing the tapes, and the errors are back. Coincidentally these errors started with this new person, we had not had them before, and I have a bacukp logs going back 8 or nine months where the error does not show up in a single tape server log. Not seeking blame, justa cause--is there any off-chance this can be caused by user action, say like, trying to do one action while the tape drive is still performing another? I notice the errors always show up when the mag is either unloaded or loaded, on days when the tapes are swapped. I do not get the error, never have, but I really wait for the drive to "finish its thing" before I push on to the next task. Could it be something as simple as this, the person not waiting for the drive to complete before trying to get it to do something else?
