Sms problem

Hello,
We have a NW5 w/ spacks running Arcserve for backup. For some reasone when I
run a backup it doesn't use the sms anymore. It use to work but now it
doesn't, also when I look on Nwconfig\ view installed products\SMS press
enter on SMS it shows 0 then enter again, it would give me An invalid
Netware file path was found in a configuration file record for file
PRODUCTS.DAT.

I already tried smdr new that was suggested but no luck.

Pls. help.
