Arcserve can not select the file to backup

Hi Experts:

I am using acrserve 6.6 to backup netware 5.1 data volume.
In arcserve , backup job.i want to create a job to backup any folder or files.but i can not select any folders or any files in data volume.cos even the blue pointer can not turn down.so just can select the whole volume's check box.but after finish backup.i have checked the log. it said the backup job is successful.but the file is 0 and the size is 0.
but in the sys volume.i can select any folder & files and success to backup.
Any idea about this?Many thanks
