arcserve cannot authenticate

arcserve cannot authenticate

I am using arcserve 11 and Netware 5.1 and having problem with authentication even though I am using correct server name, account name, etc. I can ping server too. But cannot connect, always getting Failed to Authenticate.....EC=0

Do you any suggestion what I can try?
