Arcserve can not finish backup job.

Hi.

I am using arcserve to backup server data.everyday is full backup.Meda Rules is overwrite same media name or blank media.
last week it can not finish the backup job.the harddisk total space just have 140G.it should be can finish.but every time is SYS volume can finish and Data volume just can backup about 15%.
I have try to recreate the job.reload the arcserve.renew the database.but still failed.
pls help . thx
