NSS volume deactivated - need assistance

It could be hardware but I'd suspect NSS bugs most likely. Assuming you
have the latest and last for 5.0 there's not much can be done to stop it
happening again aside from upgrading to a supported OS like NW 6.5

Probably worth checking for firmware and driver updates
