backup error

how do you bypass Server Specific Info in Arcserve 6.6? I got this error Server Specific Info fffdffcc and this thread suggested bypass but where do you do this at?

Error message:

Yep, it happens with eDir 8.7.1 and above. See:

To keep using your current backup applicatoin, you'll need to skip
Server Specific Info in your backups.
