Slot 1 problem.server hung.

Hi

I am using raid 5 for netware 5.1.yesterday,slot 1 harddisk have alert.need to replace.but the server hung.is that the raid 5 no work?
the follow is the sys log and vol log.

Volume mount had the following errors that were fixed:
