Re: SYS volume data issues
As Massimo says, the most likely explanation is that files have been accidentally moved by users by inadvertent drag'n'drops. There's not much can be done about this except to change Windows' definition of how many pixels a file can be moved before it's considered a MOVE command. See TID 10071144 for details.
To check volume health run VRepair with options 2 and 4 ON against them.
