Client 3.4 very slow

I have allot of HP vectra systems that I recently upgraded the client from
332 sp2 to 3.4. Now logins and the Zen app launcher take at least three
times as long to go through the process. The systems are Celeron 400,
win98se, 128mb, 3com 3c905tx, nw51sp6, zen4.01, latest zfd agent. When I
back rev the client to 332 all is good again. Any Ideas?
