FTP file's timestamp (nwftpd.nlm)

Hello,

Is there a way to prevent the timestamp change to the current date&time when
transferring a file ?
After each ftp all files changed each time, they all appear as new, not just
the ones you actually modified.
Does nwftpd support mdtm ?
