Default SLP Discrepancy

We have a number of NW6.5 servers in our environment. We push out the SLP information via DHCP options to our XP workstations. On the NetWare servers when we check the SLP, it says that the servers are using version 2.
When we do a SLPINFO /ALL it says that the first server is reporting V2 but the second server is reporting V1??? Yet the server is a 6.5 server and it says v2 on the console??

Is this cosmetic? Is there a reason for the second to be reporting v1?
Is there a configuration item that may solve this?
