Novell Utility Send

Aloha,
I am not sure if this is the right place to post this message :) I have the strangest issue. I have a single user account called TLCuser. This user is logged into 5 workstations. The users seem to have no issues. However, When they send or receive a message, the message does not seem to arrive on their system. The systems are Windows XP SP2. The Novell Client is 4.91 with sp5. I have several other accounts on the system an there seems to be no issues with the other accounts.

Any thoughts on this?
