SSHD problems please help

Hello,
I have a NW 6.5 SP6 Edir 8.7.3.9 running the latest version of SSHD which is giving us some problems. I can auth and connect just fine. I can browse all servers in the OU specified in the config file except for one. I see the server but when I try to connect to it I see no volumes. When I look at the logs I see this error.

error: authorize_sftp(acu_txfer) Failed to create path context to server/volume:/ rc: 115, errno 7, h_errno: 997, clienterrno: -684

It appears to be a rights issue. However when I auth as tree admin I get the same results. I have even granted the acu_txfer account supervisor rights to the volume and I get the same errors.
Can anyone help us?
