So you changed the IP Net, and not the subnet.......
I would start by making sure, that SLP was up running, and that the DA
has the correct info, and all servers in the slp.cfg file (On the
windows box the NW Client) have the correct ip address of the DA.
Then after verifying this, you could run a dsrepair, where you selected
to repair all network address
