Default DNS Zone Transfer

I want to restrict Zone transfers to only one other server. In DNS/DHCP
Management Console I select the dns I want to configure in the left pane.
In the right pane I click the Zone Out Filter tab and add the server's IP
I want to allow zone transfer. Is this all I need to do or should I do
saomething on the controls lists tab and add a query filter? I am
thinking that the query filter box is only for if I want to only allow
certain subnets to query the server for DNS info. If I am right about the
query filter is this something I want to think about to further secure my
DNS info by only allowing local subnets within my network to access it?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
