I just use a ?<command> In the autoexec.ncf. Using default settings,
that will execute <command> after 10 seconds. Sometimes I'll put in a
few of those, in front of comments as well, to hold things up a bit.
Typically I use that on BorderManager servers to help make sure licensing
is fully initialized before trying to launch BMgr.
