bind dhcp to nic possible

Hi all: We have a Border Manager server with a third NIC
which supports several machines on a VLAN. We often have
visitors who need simple internet access. So rather than
setting up the visitors on our private network, I was
thinking of setting up a DHCP server for this DMZ. I want
to bind the DHCP server to only talk on the DMZ NIC. Is
this possible? If so how?
